Food and Music
So the first night we ate thin spaghetti with an Anchovy sauce made by Tony and Anna.
Second night, Fiona made penne pasta with roasted mushroom and red pepper sauce.
Third night was filet steak on the grill with roasted potatoes in their jackets with butter and garlic... delicious cooked by Glenn.
Fourth night our dear friend Wendy was here and she made chicken breast marinated in lemon and pepper and cooked on the grill with corn on the cob.
Anna made an amazing Lentil soup definitely worth mentioning.
Other hightlights were Melinda Cullman's Lamb Stew and Asparagus and Squash Risotto with Wendy's Beet salad with Goats cheese and Walnuts.
Wendy made amazing lamb chops with a cucumber yoghurt salad, roasted brussel sprouts and garlic broccolli.
Hmm, can't remember all the meals and it's making me hungry..... but you get the idea.
Lately we've been recording mostly at night so we've been cooking less but we thank Melinda for stocking us up with frozen Chicken Pot Pies and jars of fancy vodka sauce and Wendy for her delicious Corn Chowder (how can a vegan soup taste so good?) so we're still doing ok.

You are making me hungry with all that talk of good food! And it's only 6:30 in the blessed am over here in New Hampshire. The sun hasn't even peeked its fiery head over the horizon yet. And here I am salivating over dinner, no less.
:)
You guys are popping up all over the place! Personally I think you're plotting a mildly subversive galactic takeover and it's about time, if you ask me.
I'm thoroughly enjoying the live music you posted through your website - while I'm working from m home pc, I just pop that on and sing my head off right along with you. (Of course the vocal quality isn't nearly as luscious but no one's here to listen anyway except two dogs and a cat and they don't mind the racket.)
I'm really loving your version of Brokedown Palace and I sincerely hope it shows up on a new cd soon.
(Nothing like blatancy now and then to get the point across)
Enjoy your lovely NY digs and don't eat so much your diaphragms are too heavy to lift your lungs up and belt out good tunes. :)
Love ya,
